Little Bear Campground is a former KOA campground about 25 minutes east of Iowa City, Iowa. It sneaks up on you as it is surrounded by corn and soybean fields but is quite a roomy little campground once you get settled in!

Campground managers Mike and Deb keep the campground nice and clean, well mowed and they are very attentive to those staying at Little Bear Campground. Packages are hand delivered to your RV, affordable drinks, ice and souvenirs etc can be obtained in the front office.

Some negatives we would have to say about our stay here was it is located beside a small truck stop so if truck noise can disturb your sleep, you might see if they can park you near the back of the park. The distance to the city could be a bit of a negative if you find yourself needing local amenities frequently.

Aside from those things we would definitely recommend Little Bear Campground for a quick pass through, or a month long hangout!
