Our RV came with a propane griddle but I love to cook so I was immediately on the lookout for a replacement ASAP. I heard from a number of friends, about the Ninja Woodfire Outdoor 7-in-1 Grill and had to check it out. They advertise that the grill can grill, BBQ, smoke, air fry, roast, bake, broil, and dehydrate all in one machine.
This grill is around 23" x 20" x 16" so it stores very easily in our RV outdoor bays, it came with two bags of wood pellets for use with the smoker feature of the grill, as well as a grill plate and an air frier basket. All for around $329 when we purchased it. Newer models come with a built in thermometer probe and some have app connect to monitor the cook from your smartphone.
So far we've cooked steaks, burgers, chicken, even roasted a turkey for Thanksgiving last year! We've air fried several pounds of french fries and roasted loads of veggies. The only features so far that I have yet to test out are baking and dehydrating, but they're definitely on the list to try out.
The grill is very easy to use, the dial on the left side is for picking the mode of cooking, and the display changes options based on how you're cooking. There is a smoke button to the right of the mode dial that will enable/disable to smoker box for smoking foods. The rest is up to your imagination and what you can find online!
It is a relatively new product as of writing this, so initially finding recipes specific to the way this grill cooks was a bit of a challenge, Google just tossed me Ninja Foodi recipes all the time. Recently there has been quite an uptick in attention for this grill so I'm seeing a lot more specific recipes as well as Facebook Groups around this grill as well.
I definitely recommend this grill if you're looking for something compact that can cook just about anything you can dream up. There is even an XL version if you want more grill surface. They have available grill stands, a flat griddle tray as well as a half size fry basket if you want to cook two different things at once. All those items are additional purchases from the main unit.
